Specially formulated to not require hydrogen peroxide as a catalyst, this spray bottle contains 15g of a special luminol blend. Just add 250mL of either deionized or distilled water to the bottle, mix it up, and it is ready to go. Once water has been added, the solution is viable for up to 2 days, so long as it is kept refrigerated. While it is possible to be used longer than that, its reactivity will continue to decrease the longer it goes unused. Therefore, we recommend mixing it into solution only when you need it.

Once mixed with deionized or distilled water, spray the area that you are interested in with the newly formed solution, and observe it for any reactions to indicate possible blood evidence. To see the luminescence, it does have to be quite dark. The smaller the droplets the darker it should be. Many things can produce a luminescent glow, which is why it is called a presumptive blood test. It can be used as a refill or add-on for our blood stain detection kit, ALDIS9009-KIT, or as a stand-alone experiment.
