Dissecting Pan Lid for Wax Dissecting Trays

The dissecting pan lids have been designed to fit over the edges of a standard wax dissecting tray. Though they do not provide an air-tight seal, they are capable of allowing students to cover up their dissections and keep dust and other debris from falling onto their work.

The lids feature an approximate upwards extension from the sides of the tray, allowing for it to be used even when the specimen on the tray is sits at approximately 2.2 inches above the wax surface. To ensure that the lids do not come off, we recommend the use of tape or parafilm to securely lock them in place on the top of the dissection tray.
