400mm Graham Condenser, 24/40 Ground Glass

  Made from high quality borosilicate glass, a Graham coil condenser is primarily used for distillations that require high surface area for more efficient cooling. The outer jacket is joined, leak-free to the coiled tube inside, at both the top and bottom of the condenser. The top inlet is slightly sloped to avoid trapping condensates.

   Two small inlets on opposite sides of the outer jacket allow water or another liquid to circulate around the coil to assist in the formation of condensation. They can be attached to a water source using 5/16″ flexible tubing. The ends of the condenser are 24/40 ground glass.

   A #4 stopper will fit the opening of this condenser, and its jacket length is 400mm (40cm)
