Violet Laser Pointer – Presentation Laser Light

This high quality Class III violet laser light is capable of producing a <5mW violet laser beam in the 405nm (± 10nm) wavelength range that is capable of traveling over 3,000 meters. With its point of contact clearly visible in both the light and the dark, it is perfect for use in either the classroom or the conference room and will show up on both a black/white board, projector screen, monitor or television with ease making it an excellent choice for professors or presenters.

Its fixed focus, continuous output can be used as a single point of light, or with a removable kaleidoscopic lens that generates multiple points of light. The kaleidoscopic lens is capable of rotating a full 360 degrees, which shifts the displayed pattern around. In the dark, it will appear to be a blue laser, while in a lighted area it will look violet.Please note that due to its 405nm (± 10nm) wavelength, the color emitted by this laser is on the edge of the UV spectrum, and can be difficult to see on non-white surfaces. This causes it to not be as dark of a point as our red, or green, laser pointers.

The black bodied laser pointer is slightly longer than a standard sharpie marker. It measures 6.25″ in length with the removable kaleidoscopic lens, and 5.75″ without. The circumference of the laser pen is 0.55″. It requires 2 AAA batteries, which are included.
