With the Water Clock kit, you’ll easily be able to turn a pair of water bottles (filled with water, of course) into a battery capable of powering a digital clock, in seconds! All you have to do is slip the electrodes into the bottles to complete the circuit and start the process of conduction, and you’ll have a clock that is completely powered by water. Or if you’re feeling a little bit more adventurous, pick a few different pieces of fruit, and see if you can use on of them to get your clock started.

A pair of zinc and copper electrodes, as well as the bridge, and a digital clock are included in the kit, along with an instruction guide that tells you how to set up the water clock and explains the principles behind it.
