25ml Quartz Glass Crucible w/Lid

A crucible is a cup-shaped piece of laboratory equipment, used to contain chemical compounds when heating them to very high temperatures. Their lids are typically loos-fitting, allowing any gases to escape.

Made from clear quartz glass, these crucibles are excellent for use in analytical applications that require ashing of samples. They can withstand continuous operating temperatures of up to 1050°C. The lids, like the crucible bowl, are also made from quartz glass and feature a small eye loop in the middle for easy removal.
