This mini fluorescent mineral/rock specimen pack has 5 mineral rock samples that are UV reactive. The 5 small minerals included with the set measure approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in length.

The specimens vary but commonly included minerals/rocks are: Willemite, Fluorite, Calcite, Chalcedony, and Quartz.

Please note that each rock is unique and the image is just an example of what you may receive. This is an assorted pack of fluorescent rocks. All rocks will be fluorescent under shortwave UV light. If you have questions about the rocks, please contact us!

Fluorescence of minerals of the same type can vary depending on the location it was extracted from. For example, you may receive 3 different calcites; one may fluoresce blue under shortwave light while another fluoresces red or yellow. Examples of common minerals included are shown in the pictures. All mineral rocks are identified with a label and are bagged individually.
