Five (5) Electrodes w/Binding Posts

This set of five (5) electrodes is great for many science experiments, in particular those involving chemistry such as voltaic cells, electroplating and electrolysis.

Typically, electrodes are the conductors used to provide a current through non-metal objects in an attempt to alter them and measure conductivity. Real world applications and examples of this include, but are not limited to: fuel cell and battery technology, medical equipment such as defibrillators and EEGs, arc welding, and grounding of electrical lines.

Set includes each of the following electrodes, complete with binding posts already attached:

 

Aluminum Electrode (5×2″, 0.5mm thick)
Carbon Electrode (5×1″, 0.25″ thick)
Copper Electrode (5×2″, 0.5mm thick)
Iron Electrode (5×2″, 0.5mm thick)
