In this age of concern over infectious diseases, security, and liability, Glo Germ (simulated germs) is an effective tool used to demonstrate hand washing, surface cleaning, hygiene, and containment techniques.

This kit contains a battery operated 21 LED ultra-violet light, an 8 ounce bottle of Glo Germ Oil, a 4 ounce bottle of Glo Germ Powder, and a soft shell, folding box that allows demonstrations in brightly lit surroundings.

This version of the kit contains oil instead of gel. Oil can stain and is for more extensive hand washing training. If staining is a concern, we also have this same kit but with gel.

Kit comes with white powder, but orange powder is also available separately for use in demonstrations where the difference between two contamination sources is required. The Glo Germ Powder is applied with a brush to demonstrate proper surface cleaning as well as the spread of germs, especially in the area of cross-contamination.

The 21 LED flashlight provides a focused beam of UV light that will fluoresce Glo Germ in broad daylight! Featuring a push button that toggles the light on and off, this lamp is approximately 3.5 inches long and requires 3 AAA batteries (included). 

The folding black box blocks ambient light to provide a vivid display of simulated germs. The box measures approximately 11.75H x 11.25W x 11.25D inches. The top ‘slit’ opening measures approximately 6.5L x 2W inches. The hand openings are curved shaped, measure approximately 8L x 4H in inches at the longest and highest points and will accommodate a man sized hand.
