Use this Clear Acrylic Spouting Cylinder to demonstrate Torricelli’s theorem, which shows the relationship between water pressure and depth. In a liquid with an open surface, pressure will increase with depth. This clear acrylic cylinder is 19-5/16″ high and includes three vertically aligned spouting nozzles positioned 4-3/4” apart. Each spouting nozzle also includes a stopper so pressure at each height can be shown individually. A filler hose barb at the top can be used to quickly refill the cylinder or maintain a constant water depth.
