The Tank – High Vacuum Pump Oil Caddy

Vacuum pumps, like your car engine, require an oil change after a while. Oil that has been contaminated with acid, or laden with moisture, will damage the vacuum pump and severely shorten its lifespan. Additionaly, deep vacuum will not be able to be achieved with contaminated oil. By maintaining a clean oil in your pump, you can ensure that it will operate ate peak efficiency.

The Tank was designed to make changing your vacuum pump oil more efficient, and reduce cleanup from splills. Turn the black cap on the largest face of the reservoir counterclockwise to open it, sit your vacuum pump in the cradle, and begin the draining process. Once you’ve drained the pump, turn the cap clockwise to close it, and then start the process of refilling your vacuum pump with fresh, clean oil.

The Tank is capable of holding up to 5 oil changes, and features a secondary cap at the top, beside the handle, to ensure as little mess as possible when emptying it into your oil disposal system.
