Dew Making Classroom Demonstration Kit

With the Dew Making Kit, students will be able to learn about how both dew and frost are formed, in addition to gaining an understanding of the concepts of condensation, evaporation, humidity and sublimation. When ice and salt are placed in the included metal jars, both dew and frost will slowly begin to form on the outside.

The kit includes 15 metal jars (~150ml capacity) and 15 metal-backed thermometers, which can be cleaned off and re-used multiple times, making it an extremely cost-effective demonstration as the only other items that are needed are ice and rock salt.

Also included in the kit is a teacher’s guide, complete with discussion questions and instructions for the experiment.
