These electrical connectors are made of 18 gauge wire with insulated jaws and connecting wire.  PVC insulated copper wire and  Vinyl insulated alligator clips on both ends.  Great for home hobbyist, schools, electronic repair or any low voltage uses.  Alligator clips are good for testing circuits since they are a temporary procedure to complete circuits.
