Bourdon Tube In-Line Vacuum Gauge for High Vacuum Pumps

This in-line gauge is meant to be connected by a length of vacuum tubing to the vacuum pump at one end, and whatever is have a vacuum pulled through it on the other, such as a filtering flask or a vacuum pump plate. It is capable of measuring a pressure of up to 76 cmHg (7600 mmHg or 30 inHg).

Classified as a mechanical pressure measuring instrument, Bourdon tubes are radial with an oval cross-section. The pressure of the measuring medium produces motion on the un-clamped end of the Bourdon tube, resulting in needle movement on the dial. This high vacuum gauge features a 2.5″ diameter dial, and the ribbed brass connections are capable of fitting vacuum tubing of up to a 3/8″ inner diameter.
