This 25 count bag of “Hurricane” early style Mega Marbles comes with 24 Player marbles that measure 16mm or 5/8th inches and 1 Shooter marble that measures 25mm or 1 inch in diameter. As a bonus, they come with 2 free plastic, display rings and come packed in a net bag with cardboard header. There are several different, yet similar, header styles for these marbles which greatly aid in determining when they were made and how collectible they are. The header on these particular Hurricane net bags confirms that they were made between the years 2004 – 2006 and that they are now retired. Crafted with Opaque multi-color swirls of white, black, red, yellow & blue. The colors may blend to make a new color also. Known as “Early Edition” marbles, they are generally the best quality and colors available. The glass used to make them was of a higher quality than subsequent years. These marbles are highly sought after as collectibles, very hard to find and will surely create a conversation whenever used or displayed! Great for use in Decorating, Art Work, Games, Crafts, Jewelry, Yard Art or Collecting. Our quantities are very limited.
Hurricane marbles have changed over the years and come in many different variations. Because collectors sometimes like to have all versions of a specific marble in their collection, we have tried to group them according to when they were made and color style, but each selection of the older ones will have a variety. The Early Edition marbles are darker and a little more green, whereas newer versions have more white and the swirls are thinner.
Images are representative of selection. Each marble is a unique glass orb. No two marbles are alike.
Please be aware that marbles are very difficult to photograph, and due to differences in personal settings on computers and hand held devices, the colors you see may vary slightly from the color you receive. Lighting, such as flash photography, can greatly affect the look of a marble, as can holding the marble under different types of lighting. We do our absolute best to represent our marbles accurately and true to color, but even the best photography will not display as 100% perfect. Any white spots on these marbles are light reflections, not damage or error spots.
