Portable Desiccator

Includes one (1) desiccator and one (1) tray.

 

   Most lab desiccators are rather large and rarely moved, and unless the lab has been built with a desiccator in mind, it can sometimes be difficult to find an appropriate place for it.  This desiccator was created with space constraints in mind, and is small enough that it can easily be moved from a bench to a refrigerator or even into a cabinet drawer.  Made from ?” clear acrylic which makes for easy viewing of the contents, the desiccator features rubber feet on the bottom allowing it to be easily picked up or stacked, in addition to helping ensure that it does not slip off the surface it is placed upon.

   The tray is elevated so that the contents are held above the desiccator floor in order to make room for a drying agent.  The perforations of the tray allow air to flow evenly throughout the desiccator, helping to ensure an even desiccation.
